I had the honor to DJ at one of the illest nights in Southern California, “The Whatever! Party” with legendary DJ’s Kevin Scott & Drew Pierce on 12.06.12. They promote READ MORE

I recently played STK at the Cosmopolitan with my dear pal DJ Mike Attack. This place is hands down one of my favorite places to boogie. They encourage weirdness so I get to play my favorite jams while a bunch of good looking people eat steaks. Here are some photos for you to feast your eyes on.

Worst blog post title ever….but it’s sort of appropriate being that I am also the worst blog poster ever as well. Not to mention a horrible self promoter, kitchen cleaner, etc. That said, I haven’t been doing that great of a job updating this bad boy partially because I’ve been so busy. Please click on all the pics and see all the fliers I should have been showing off lately. Enjoy!

I was lucky enough to befriend and DJ for one of my childhood idols, Pauly Shore this past August. I was his “Paul Schaefer” for a run of shows in Atlanta and then two shows in DC where we filmed for Pauly’s Showtime special “Pauly -Tics”. From this experience, I was also fortunate enough to provide the score for the show along with my cohorts Jason Rabinowitz, James Katalbas, and Barry Pointer. You can see the screen shot above. If you get a chance, check the show out on Showtime or you can buy it instantly at www.paulyshore.com.

Damn…it’s been a while. So much has happened in the last few months. Did you know I DJed for Pauly Shore? Yes…THE Pauly Shore. He is developing a comedy special for Showtime, and out of all the tall, nerdy, Jewish DJ’s who look like READ MORE

This recaps the 2nd Annual Fire Poo “Poopy Awards” Ceremony. DJ Quik was there to accept his “most famous dj” award as was DJ Xscape for “stinkiest latino dj”. enjoy!

It’s that time again – time for DJ’s across the country to come together to witness the unveiling of the winners of such coveted awards as “Stinkiest Latino DJ” and “DJ Most Likely To Bring His Girlfriend to Fire Poo”. Time to come together to eat hot wings, drink white trash beer and talk about all things unrelated to our careers. That’s right…it’s time for the Second Annual Poopy Awards! This year we have rented out the entire Hayworth Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. The night will include a brown carpet with papparazzi, an awards ceremony and a buffalo-wing Radio Royal Rumble where representatives from Power 106, KIIS FM, KDAY, and AMP Radio will eat enough wings to make a baby hippo shit fire!

Since it’s such a special night, DJ’s from around the country will be dressing to the nines. If you don’t want to feel left out, but don’t have the time or money to invest in a three piece suit, I thought of a way for you to still not get laughed at – by pressing FIRE POO TUXEDO SHIRTS. They are now on sale HERE at the Fire Poo store. Since most of us are fat, we have sizes M-XXL. Please buy one so I don’t go broke! Thanks

When I was a sixteen year old, nerdy-ass DJ with the sense of humor of a toddler, I remember going to some shitty Chinese food restaurant in the San Fernando Valley and overhearing someone order a “Pu Pu Platter” – some weird metal tower type of thing READ MORE

If you’ve done your job right and have become a total creepy & dedicated DJ Cheapshot groupie then you will be “all up on” all of my remixes. But you would have also realized that I have yet to make a video for any of said remixes…well, the wait is over, except I didn’t make the video myself. Actually a super-talented video-disc jockey named DJ Marc Eazy (Almost Famous Crew) made a video edit of one of my latest remixes – Skee-Lo’s “I Wish”. Please click on it so I feel cool about myself and can brag more than I already do. Thanks!

As you may know, I am no stranger to boy bands. I DJed for New Kids on the Block (see video HERE), did music for The Newlyweds (Nick Lachey was in 98 Degrees…there’s the connection), and this past Saturday night in Vegas I DJed for Nick Carter’s b-day party at Vanity in Las Vegas. Now, regardless of the fact that he spilled a shot of vodka all over my face (he was celebrating the fact that he successfully mixed a Britney Spears song), he was a swell fellow. He hung in the booth and hyped the crowd up for over an hour. After all these years, chicks dig them some BSB. Here’s some photos from the night. Enjoy!
